AISEOCheck is an AI Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) analysis tool that evaluates websites for readiness to be indexed and cited by AI-powered search engines such as Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, and Google Gemini.

The Service includes:

Automated website scoring across six optimization categories
AI-generated analysis and recommendations (premium feature)
Scan history storage for registered users
Downloadable PDF reports

3. User Accounts

To access certain features — including scan history, AI Insights, and subscription plans — you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Subscriptions & Payments

AISEOCheck offers subscription plans (Pro, Max) and one-time credit packs processed securely via PayPal. All prices are listed in USD.

Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis
Your plan activates immediately upon successful payment
Scan credits allocated under a plan expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard

Subscription auto-renews. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the current billing period.

One-Time Credit Packs

Credit packs are a one-time purchase and do not auto-renew
Credits expire 30 days from the date of purchase
Unused credits are forfeited upon expiration

Plan Changes (Upgrade / Downgrade)

Upgrading to a higher-tier plan takes effect immediately upon PayPal approval; a new billing cycle starts from the upgrade date
Downgrading to a lower-tier plan is scheduled for the beginning of your next billing period — your current plan stays active until then
A scheduled downgrade can be cancelled at any time before your current billing period ends
Unused credits from your current plan are not carried over to the downgraded plan

No refund for plan downgrades. Scheduling a downgrade does not trigger any refund for the remaining days of your current billing period. You retain full access to your current plan's features and quota until the downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Quota is protected until the end of your billing period. If you have a downgrade scheduled, your current plan's usage limits remain fully in effect for the remainder of the billing period. The lower plan's limits only apply from the next billing cycle onward.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds after subscription activation. Once a subscription plan is activated and scan credits are made available, the payment is non-refundable.

Refunds only within 7 days if no scans used. If you subscribed but have not used any AI scans, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date by contacting [email protected].

No prorated refunds on cancellation. Subscription auto-renews — you may cancel anytime, but no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days of your current billing cycle.

Downgrading your plan does not trigger a refund. The remaining days of your current billing period are non-refundable when a downgrade is scheduled. Your existing plan's quota and features are preserved until the downgrade takes effect.

Additional refund conditions:

One-time credit packs are non-refundable once purchased
Plan downgrades are non-refundable — no prorated refund is issued for the remaining billing period
Refunds will not be granted for accounts suspended due to Terms violations
Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension
All approved refunds will be processed back to your original PayPal payment method within 5–10 business days

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AISEOCheck only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

Submit URLs or HTML content that you do not own or have authorization to analyze
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our scoring algorithms or API
Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or abuse free tier credits
Use automated bots or scripts to generate bulk scans beyond your plan allowance
Distribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
Upload malicious content, phishing pages, or content designed to harm third parties
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its servers

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without notice and without refund.

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials on AISEOCheck are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any URLs and content you submit for analysis. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Reports and insights generated by the Service are provided for your personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce or distribute them commercially without our prior written consent.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
Scores and recommendations are based on automated analysis and may not reflect all factors affecting AI engine visibility
We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in improved rankings or citations
Third-party services (PayPal, AI providers) are subject to their own terms and availability

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AISEOCHECK AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Unused credits and remaining subscription days are forfeited and non-refundable where a Terms violation is involved. You may delete your account at any time from the Account section of your dashboard.
